Through this role, you can learn about heat treating, machine operations, coating applications, welding, warehousing, and much more! We will train you all in house with our knowledgeable team. As a General Production Laborer you’ll play a critical role in the process by assisting in a variety of functions in our production, learning the processes, and following quality procedures to ensure every component meets exacting standards before moving things to the next application step. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to work in USA
- Basic math, geometry, and mechanical aptitude.
- Precision and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent manual dexterity and ability to control application tools precisely.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude for decision-making and problem solving.
- Excellent team skills; collaborative, open-minded, adaptable.
- Motivation to self-advance and grow within the company.
