About The Position

The Base Labor Team Member supports deli production and packaging operations through assignments that may include product inspection, packaging, palletizing, and material handling. Team members are trained and rotated among multiple positions, including Grader, Packer, and Stacker, to meet production requirements while maintaining food safety, quality, and productivity standards. The position requires working in a wet and cold environment and wearing the required personal protective equipment for the assigned work area. The role also includes other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to read and/or verbally understand chemical labels.
• Must wear required PPE for the assigned work area.
• Must be able to work in a wet and cold environment.
• Must be able to tolerate repetitive hand and arm motions.
• Must be able to submit to and pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and push up to 45 pounds repetitively.

• Support deli production and packaging operations.
