About The Position

The Base Labor Team Member supports deli production and packaging operations through assignments such as product inspection, packaging, palletizing, and material handling. Team members are trained and rotated among multiple positions, including Grader, Packer, and Stacker, to meet production requirements while maintaining food safety, quality, and productivity standards. The position requires working in a wet and cold environment, wearing required PPE, and performing repetitive physical tasks. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to read or verbally understand chemical labels.
• Able to wear required PPE for the work area.
• Able to work in a wet and cold environment.
• Able to tolerate repetitive hand and arm motions.
• Able to submit to and pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Able to lift, carry, and push up to 45 pounds repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products.
• Package products.
• Palletize products.
• Handle materials.
• Rotate among Grader, Packer, and Stacker assignments to support production requirements.
• Maintain food safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
