This position is responsible for entry level, non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Applicants will be considered for any general labor type opening in any department that may include, but not limited to, stacker/supplier, food assembly, hand wrapper, and sanitation. Requirements

• Prior experience is not required.
• Must have effective communication skills
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Must be available to work overtime and weekends as required
• Must be willing to be cross trained and moved to other areas as needed
• Must be willing and able to stand for 8 – 12 hours per day on hard floors in extreme hot or cold environments ranging from 50 to 120 degrees
• Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

• Stacker/supplier
• Food assembly

• Standing, walking, stretching, bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, kneeling, squatting and reaching
• Lifting, pushing and carrying in many areas on the production floor (weight depends on area ranging from 15 – 50 pounds)
• Working overtime and weekends as required to meet production deadlines
• Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Being cross trained and moved to other areas as needed
• Standing for 8 – 12 hours per day on hard floors in extreme hot or cold environments ranging from 50 to 120 degrees
