About The Position

This role is for a General Labor position on the 2nd shift within a manufacturing operation. The primary goal is to support the team in increasing productivity, decreasing downtime, and reducing waste. The position involves active participation in plant and facilities-related work, assisting with all jobs on the plant floor, and adhering to safety procedures. Responsibilities include maintaining the shop and equipment according to 5S Standards, and other duties as assigned. The role may require stacking parts weighing up to 30 lbs for up to 12 hours.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
• Able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Willing to work the first and second shift.
• Must have a good attendance record.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Possess an understanding that temperatures and volumes of work may vary.

Responsibilities
