About The Position
Liscio’s Italian Bakery is seeking motivated, reliable individuals to join their growing Production Team. This is an evergreen posting to recruit candidates for current and future opportunities across various shifts and departments within their production facility. Requirements
- Dependable and punctual individuals with a strong work ethic
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable self-transportation is preferred, but not required
- Previous manufacturing, food production, or warehouse experience is a plus—but not required!
Responsibilities
- Mixing, scaling, shaping, baking, or packaging bread and baked goods
- Operating production equipment and machinery
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
- Monitoring product quality and reporting defects
- Following all food safety and workplace safety procedures
- Working as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
