This is a Full-time (0.9 FTE) position for a General Pediatrics Float Pool RN II, working 36 hours per week on night shifts (1900-0730). The role involves self-scheduling, day-to-day floating between units, and working every third weekend with rotating holiday tracks. The RN will utilize the nursing process to provide care, monitor patient conditions, collaborate with the care team, and uphold a culture of safety. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, maintaining accurate EHR documentation, and potentially floating to other units, departments, care areas, or facilities within the designated service area to meet patient care needs. The position requires the ability to provide age-appropriate care, demonstrating knowledge of growth and development principles and the ability to assess and interpret patient data based on age-specific needs.
