About The Position

EBCAP is looking for a dynamic and compassionate Program Manager to lead our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) outpatient program. Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field
- Active Rhode Island LICSW or LCDP license
- 5+ years of behavioral health clinical experience
- Prior supervisory or program management experience
- Strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and a collaborative spirit
- Strong clinical supervision skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to quality improvement, patient-centered care, and staff development.
- Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and administrative leadership for a multidisciplinary outpatient team serving individuals with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions.
- Supervise and mentor outpatient clinicians, case managers, and support staff
- Drive timely patient access, engagement, and continuity of care
- Ensure excellence in clinical documentation, treatment planning, and evidence-based practice
- Monitor productivity, scheduling, and operational performance metrics
- Partner with primary care, quality improvement, and leadership teams to deliver integrated, whole-person care
- Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and performance evaluations
- Support crisis response, risk management, and patient safety initiatives
