About The Position

EBCAP is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Program Manager to lead our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) outpatient program. This leadership role involves shaping the lives of adults, children, and families by championing trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care and building/supporting a team of dedicated clinicians. The role provides clinical and administrative leadership for a multidisciplinary outpatient team serving individuals with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field
  • Active Rhode Island LICSW or LCDP license
  • 5+ years of behavioral health clinical experience
  • Prior supervisory or program management experience
  • Strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and a collaborative spirit
  • Strong clinical supervision skills
  • Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Commitment to quality improvement, patient-centered care, and staff development.
  • Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and administrative leadership for a multidisciplinary outpatient team.
  • Supervise and mentor outpatient clinicians, case managers, and support staff.
  • Drive timely patient access, engagement, and continuity of care.
  • Ensure excellence in clinical documentation, treatment planning, and evidence-based practice.
  • Monitor productivity, scheduling, and operational performance metrics.
  • Partner with primary care, quality improvement, and leadership teams to deliver integrated, whole-person care.
  • Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and performance evaluations.
  • Support crisis response, risk management, and patient safety initiatives.
