About The Position

Crest Ford is in search of a general office employee that has a positive attitude and is eager to learn. This position is for a jack of all trades, doing a little bit of everything needed to keep an office running. Title clerk, accounts payable/receivable, and billing experience is a bonus, but not required. Pay is based on experience level. In this role, you'll help support the dealership office with a mix of administrative and accounting responsibilities. No two days are exactly the same, so being adaptable, organized, and dependable is important.

Responsibilities

  • Accounts payable processing, including posting invoices, cutting checks, and reconciling statements
  • Assisting with accounts receivable tasks
  • Processing CVR for vehicle deals
  • Reviewing and verifying deal jackets, calculating sales commissions, and finalizing the financial documents required to close deals
  • Processing dealer trades and wholesale transactions
  • Helping provide cashier coverage when needed
  • Supporting the office team with daily dealership operations
