About The Position

The General Office Clerk performs a wide variety of general office tasks and internal and external errands to ensure high-quality and efficient services for day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Good technical and interpersonal communication skills
  • Professional in appearance and attitude
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Fully insured, reliable source of transportation
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintenance of coffee stations
  • Collect and sort incoming and outgoing mail
  • Perform regular cleaning and general housekeeping
  • Restock office supplies in designated work areas
  • Assist administrative staff with various projects
  • Check and maintain conference rooms
  • Coordinate and order lunches as directed
  • Provide support to the receptionists' responsibilities as needed
