About The Position

Woodford Propane has an immediate opening for a General/Office / Customer Service/ Billing Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking professional able to undertake a variety of office tasks. This person should be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporate new and effective ways to achieve better results. Woodford Oil Company offers competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

Must be able to work amicably with other assistants, office assistants, virtual assistants, billing clerks or general accounting staff
Working knowledge of general office equipment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Adherence to laws and confidentially guidelines
High School diploma
Efficient with Microsoft Office 365 products including Excel, Word and Outlook

Nice To Haves

Further education will be a plus
Woodford Oil Company utilizes Apple Mac products..... any experience will be a plus

Responsibilities

Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email or chat
Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to: copying, faxing, mailing and filing
Entering & Processing daily invoices, communicating with internal and external customers
Coordinate and communicate customer orders/questions/requests with operations and sales teams
Handle and resolve customer issues
Process orders, forms, applications and request
Maintain customer databases
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
