About The Position

Overlake Clinics is seeking a General Neurologist to join its practice in Bellevue, Washington. The role is 100% outpatient, with 36 patient-contact hours per week. Subspecialty interests may be developed, while maintaining an ongoing commitment to general neurology. The physician will work with a collaborative, supportive, multidisciplinary neuroscience team and use EPIC EMR with integrated DAX Copilot, an AI-automated documentation tool. The position is based primarily in Lynnwood, Washington, with a regular presence at the main hospital campus in Bellevue. Overlake is a physician-led organization offering the autonomy and flexibility of private practice with the support and stability of employed practice. There is no hospital call. The compensation section lists a generous value-based model with an annual range of $320,000–$535,000. The posting also gives a general posted pay range of $220,000–$850,000, explaining that posted ranges may span multiple levels and that offers depend on relevant experience and internal equity. Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Completion of a residency in the United States or Canada.
Board certified or board eligible in Neurology.
Washington physician license by the time of hire.
BLS Certification.
