We are currently seeking a skilled General Motors Service Technician to join our team and contribute to ensuring customer satisfaction through expert vehicle maintenance and repair.

Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record

Willingness to complete required factory training

Responsibilities

Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using modern technical and administrative tools
Serve as a secondary customer greeter near the Service Drive when available
Stay current with technical publications and workshop systems such as Service Comm and Asist terminals
Perform vehicle repairs safely and reliably with the goal of first-time repair success
Address all original customer concerns thoroughly before recommending additional services
Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance needs following manufacturer and local guidelines
Return vehicles to customers clean or cleaner than when received
Participate in required factory or in-house training programs
Complete all necessary paperwork accurately, attaching appropriate shop forms to repair orders
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Maintain punctuality, professional appearance, and a clean uniform daily
