About The Position

The Service BDC Agent is responsible for generating service appointments with customers that contact the dealership via the internet to schedule or inquire about service repairs. This role will also consist of cashier duties. The Service BDC Agent will deliver a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner. They will use lead management tools, CRM software and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer interest. The agent will promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM and generate and schedule service appointments. They will also compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis and will be trained to understand all products and services offered, becoming knowledgeable of inventory as well as financing and incentive programs.

Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the USA.
  • Able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid drivers license.

  • Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment and/or commission driven role.
  • At least 2-3 years of previous high level customer / hospitality level service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Goal-driven to meet and exceed store appointment goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
