Autobahn Motors is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clerical Admin to support our dealership’s accounting and administrative operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, supporting financial processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions. Requirements

• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
• At least 1-2 years of accounting experience.
• Computer literate; accurate with 10 key pad and typing.
• Self-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize schedule.
• Basic working knowledge of accounting.
• Good interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Mathematical aptitude.

• Dealership experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform filing, scanning, and document organization
• Assist with daily deposits and basic cash handling
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions
• Process aftermarket sales and wholesale transactions
• Help maintain new and used vehicle inventory records
• Conduct and assist with physical inventory counts
• Manage timecards and assist with payroll-related tracking
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Research and process payments for toll (Fastrak) violations
• Assist billing clerks with deal documentation and compliance
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff
