About The Position

This seasonal, part-time entry-level team member position supports retail operations and provides customers with exceptional product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The role involves stocking and merchandising products, maintaining store readiness, and completing a variety of related retail tasks. The posting also describes stocking-clerk duties, including moving products from pallets or carts to shelves, handling backstock and waste, and preparing the store during overnight shifts. Team members work with store leadership and colleagues to complete assigned work and help provide an exceptional shopping experience.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goals.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Provide customers with product knowledge and efficient, friendly service.
Complete retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising.
