About The Position

This entry-level team member position supports retail product, customer service, and merchandising tasks. The associate delivers remarkable customer service through product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. In the stocking-focused duties described, the associate keeps shelves stocked and the store ready for customers by moving products to their correct locations, maintaining the back room, and working with leadership to complete assigned areas. The role includes overnight shifts and other operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoyment of teamwork and supporting shared goals.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves with food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
