About The Position
The General Manufacturing utility worker performs various manufacturing jobs at the company’s Sheboygan manufacturing plant, following company procedures. The role may cover processes including steel preparation, draw press and auto cell operation, spin forming, tending washing and bright annealing machines, polishing and finishing, and packing. Workers may also assist with special projects assigned by a supervisor, train or assist others when needed, and perform general cleaning and housekeeping.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to assist and train others when necessary.
- Treat people with respect, take ownership, empower action, meet stakeholder expectations, and value balance beyond work.
Nice To Haves
- Three years of manufacturing experience preferred.
