About The Position

The General Manufacturing utility worker performs various manufacturing jobs at the company's Sheboygan manufacturing plant in accordance with company procedures. Openings are available for second- and third-shift positions. Work may include steel preparation, operating draw presses and auto cells, spin forming, tending washing and bright annealing machines, polishing and finishing, and packing. The role also assists with special projects assigned by a supervisor, helps train others when necessary, and performs general cleaning and housekeeping.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Ability to contribute to the success of a project or organization.
• Willingness to take on more responsibility.
• Ability to work independently without outside help.
• Motivation from job security.

Nice To Haves

• Three years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general manufacturing processes, including steel preparation.
• Operate draw presses and auto cells.
• Perform spin forming.
• Tend washing machines and bright annealing machines.
• Perform polishing and finishing.
• Pack products.
