This role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking and processing telephone orders, conducting inventory, and cleaning the facility. Training is provided on the job. Essential functions include accurate mathematical calculations, making correct monetary change, strong verbal and written communication skills for order processing, and computer/touch screen order entry. The work environment includes exposure to varying weather conditions, fluctuating in-store temperatures, food odors, dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensory requirements include talking and hearing on the phone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and differentiating hot/cold surfaces. Temperaments required include the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions. Additionally, the role includes delivering products by car to customers, which requires a valid driver's license, a safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle, navigational skills, and the ability to navigate various terrains and buildings while carrying product. Delivery personnel will also be exposed to varying weather conditions and require far and night vision for driving.
