About The Position

Manages a Domino's Pizza store, including directing, coordinating, and participating in food preparation, cooking, wrapping, and packaging. The role includes collecting payment for takeout and delivered orders, ordering supplies and food products, interviewing, hiring, and training personnel, coordinating employees' activities, and keeping records of business accounts payable and collected payments. Candidates may qualify for the manager position after working as a driver or assistant manager, completing employer-provided courses, and working in a store under a supervisor's direct supervision. The supervisor must recommend that the candidate is capable of managing a store. The manager is responsible for maintaining a clean, friendly store environment, leading and building a strong team, preparing weekly goals to promote sales growth, and upholding Domino's Pizza's image and standards.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Meet motor vehicle record (MVR) standards.
Maintain a vehicle and vehicle insurance in accordance with state requirements.
Be available to work weekends, Friday through Sunday.
Have verbal communication skills for communicating with customers and employees.
Have written communication skills for record keeping and written reports.
Have the ability to lead and build a strong team.
Complete employer-provided courses and work in a store under a supervisor's direct supervision, with the supervisor recommending that the candidate is capable of managing a store.
