About The Position

This franchisee is an affiliate of several entities that independently own and operate Jimmy John's locations. Based in Illinois, we operate 100+ stores across Colorado, Illinois, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Texas, and Wisconsin, and we're still growing. You'll run the entire store including the team, the numbers, the customer experience. This is full P&L ownership for a leader who takes pride in operational excellence and building strong teams. Many of our store and corporate leaders started in entry-level roles and advanced through performance. With 100+ stores across seven states and active growth, there's real room to move up — into multi-unit and corporate leadership.

Requirements

• 18 or older
• Able to work 40+ hour weeks including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
• Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Able to set priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
• Skilled at resolving both customer and employee issues

• Corporate certification and role-specific training (Restaurant Safety, Shift/Assistant/General Manager, Food Safety) are provided — completion is part of the path to full certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of up to 50, including your management staff
• Hire, train, schedule, and run performance reviews
• Manage the P&L — spot issues and drive results against goals
• Oversee ordering, inventory, food prep, and food safety
• Own cash accountability and daily operational standards
• Build a positive, high-retention culture
