Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and oversee 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
• Oversee cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payments.
• Prepare products accurately and consistently according to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Set a positive example for the team and motivate employees.
