About The Position

Team Honey Badger is hiring a General Manager to lead a Domino’s store and be responsible for its success and team development. The role oversees daily store operations, coaches employees, and ensures customers receive the quality and service Domino’s is known for. This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and strong communication are essential. Base salary depends on store sales volume, with a bonus structure.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence to lead by example and delegate effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Solid math, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and opening/closing shifts.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may not be permitted under company policy.
