We're looking for an experienced General Manager to lead one of our Popeyes restaurants. Requirements

3+ years of General Manager experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR).
Proven success leading high-volume restaurant operations.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Experience managing P&L, labor, food cost, and inventory.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations while maintaining exceptional food quality, service, and cleanliness.
Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
Drive sales growth while managing labor, food cost, inventory, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
Create a positive work environment focused on accountability, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
Analyze restaurant performance and implement action plans to achieve operational goals.
Maintain staffing levels and build a strong talent pipeline.
Lead by example and provide outstanding customer service.
