About The Position
The General Manager is responsible for every facet of store operations. This role is intended for candidates who have advanced through the Company as a CSR, Delivery Driver, or Assistant Manager, or who have prior industry experience and are willing to work for the Company until a position becomes available. It is a salaried position with the potential to earn a substantial monthly bonus based on store operating results. The position is described as the most demanding in the store and requires availability across lunch, evening, and late-night dayparts. The General Manager typically works five or six days per week, including weekend day and/or evening shifts. For the right candidate, the position may lead to franchise ownership.
Requirements
