About The Position
The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens during the scheduled shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. The role also performs Customer Service Representative and Delivery Driver duties and manages a shift team of 3 to 15 employees. The General Manager is expected to motivate and lead the team, maintain a positive attitude, and serve as a punctual, professional role model.
Requirements
- Experience leading a team.
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate others.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
- At least 18 years old.
- Punctuality and a positive, professional attitude with customers and coworkers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all shift operations, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
- Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
- Manage 3 to 15 employees during the scheduled shift.
- Greet customers and take orders.
- Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
- Prepare consistent products in accordance with Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
- Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
- Model punctuality and a positive attitude toward customers and coworkers.
