Green Top Farms is a New York-based food service company specializing in farm-fresh meals for enterprise workplace dining and corporate catering. We partner with leading companies to deliver elevated daily dining and hospitality experiences, using seasonal ingredients and thoughtful operations to create consistent, high-quality service at scale. The General Manager is responsible for overall account leadership, client satisfaction, and financial performance for a high-volume enterprise dining program serving approximately 1,500 daily guests across multiple service areas, including a retail café, coffee bar, and catering program. This role oversees all aspects of the operation, including culinary, front-of-house, logistics, and account management, ensuring a seamless and consistent workplace dining experience. We are looking for a leader who is: A strong operator with a systems mindset, highly effective at leading teams and developing managers, comfortable owning client relationships and high-visibility communication, and focused on performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings a balance of hospitality, operational discipline, and business acumen, with the ability to scale and stabilize a complex, high-volume program.
