About The Position

Bruegger's Bagels is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations with a "treat it like you own it" philosophy. Our stores operate on a one-shift model, closing at 2pm daily, ensuring a strong work-life balance for our team. The General Manager will be responsible for early morning baking and store opening, ensuring the store is audit-ready, executing catering/mobile/in-store orders, and providing an exceptional customer experience. During peak hours, GMs will support the team in all positions, manage breaks, and drive positive customer survey results. Post-closing tasks include store close-out and prep for the next day, with administrative tasks like scheduling, ordering, and inventory managed efficiently. The role includes a comprehensive 5-week training program.

Requirements

1-3 years of prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
Hands-on operational skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire the team.
Tried and true strategies for achieving food cost goals and labor targets.
Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
