About The Position

Bruegger's Bagels is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations with a "treat it like you own it" philosophy. Our stores operate on a one-shift model, closing at 2pm daily, ensuring a strong work-life balance for our team. The General Manager is responsible for ensuring the store is audit-ready, executing catering/mobile/in-store orders, and providing an exceptional customer experience. This role involves supporting the team during rushes, managing breaks, and driving positive customer survey results. Daily tasks include closing procedures, prepping for the next day, managing administrative tasks like scheduling, ordering, and inventory, and making daily bank deposits. Comprehensive training is provided, including 5 weeks of dedicated management training.

Requirements

1-3 years of prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
Hands-on operator skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire the team.
Tried and true strategies for achieving food cost goals and labor targets.
Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
