About The Position

SITECH Pacific is a leader in earthmoving technology, representing Trimble's Connected Site Solutions across southern and central California. The General Manager will lead a multi-functional team to maximize company results in the earthmoving technology segment. This role serves as the senior leader, contributing to the overall company strategic direction, establishing and maintaining high-level relationships with key customers, and driving continuous company improvement and growth.

Requirements

  • Must have strong business acumen to manage division profit/loss performance.
  • Must have strong human relations skills and the ability to work with people from all backgrounds and cultures.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership skills including: motivation, mentoring, execution, vision.
  • Strong planning, organization, and coordination skills.
  • Strong sales skills/experience and a good understanding of product support business.
  • Proof of high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • College degree or an equivalent 10 years of related industry experience.
  • Senior level management experience.
  • 10 years minimum industry experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of the SITECH Pacific Business.
  • Develop and maintain effective internal partner relationships and relationships with major customers to achieve desired financial.
  • Maximize business results in area of responsibility by leveraging company resources and external business partners.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills to motivate, develop, and retain a high performing work group.
  • Manage profit/loss statement for SITECH Pacific business.
  • Communicate effectively with all business partners to ensure strategic and tactical alignment.
  • Travel and make regular visits to customer and branch locations.
  • Work safely at all times.
  • Adhere to all applicable safety policies.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, standards, and values.
  • Communicate and teach “value selling” concepts to work group and customers.
  • Understand key competitor strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
  • Identify opportunities for company performance improvements and lead effort to improve.
  • Develop and execute SITECH Pacific strategic direction.
  • Serve as the company leader setting example and developing strong sense of community.
  • Identify and mentor high potential employees.
