About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking a General Manager for its 716 E Broadway location in Louisville. The General Manager oversees business operations, ensures strong performance, and supports growth in the local market. The role includes setting and implementing plans to meet business goals, managing daily operations, leading and mentoring employees, overseeing financial performance, and maintaining compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. The General Manager also builds relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners; pursues local business opportunities; maintains product and service quality; collaborates across departments; and monitors industry and competitor developments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role.
• Strong business acumen and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit-and-loss analysis.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
• Proficiency with business management software and the MS Office suite.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Knowledge of the local Louisville market and industry trends.
