About The Position
As a General Manager, you will lead the restaurant and support the Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. You will contribute to local store marketing and help the restaurant achieve sales and profit goals while ensuring it delivers a high-quality experience. The role is with Arby’s, part of the Inspire Brands family of restaurants. The posted hourly compensation range is $17.00–$24.00, with actual placement depending on factors including experience, education, training, and location.
Requirements
- At least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
- Examples of providing exceptional customer service.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
