About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and handling customer orders. This role involves receiving deliveries, taking inventory, and maintaining cleanliness of the equipment and facility. Training is provided on the job, covering orientation and essential skills. The position requires strong communication skills for interacting with customers and coworkers, both verbally and in writing. Essential functions include accurate mathematical calculations for transactions, making change, and using computer systems or touch screens for order entry. The work environment involves exposure to varying weather conditions, fluctuating in-store temperatures, food odors, dust, and cramped spaces. Team members must possess good hearing and vision, depth perception, and the ability to distinguish between hot and cold surfaces. Temperaments suited for this role include the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and collaboratively, handle stress, meet quality standards, interact with people, analyze data, and make decisions. Requirements

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Must be able to make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between wywe and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make presice movements with speed
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Valid Driver License with safe driving recor meeting company standards
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
