About The Position

This role involves operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to perform basic math, and proficiency with computer systems. Essential functions include accurate order processing, making change, and maintaining motor coordination for precise movements. The work environment includes exposure to varying weather conditions, in-store temperature fluctuations, food odors, and cramped spaces. Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, lifting up to 60 pounds, carrying, pushing, and occasional climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, and squatting. Hand tasks require continuous use of hands for various manipulations, including forceful use of forearms and wrists for tasks like shaping dough. Tools and equipment used include pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peels. Additionally, the role requires delivering products by car to customer locations, including navigating multi-story buildings and various delivery sites while carrying product. This includes delivering flyers and marketing materials. A valid driver's license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle are mandatory. Essential skills include navigational abilities to read maps and locate addresses within a designated delivery area, and the ability to drive safely in various conditions, including those requiring far and night vision.

Requirements

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Must be able to make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between wywe and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make presice movements with speed
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Valid Driver License with safe driving recor meeting company standards
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
