General Manager, Miami

WheelyMiami, FL
Onsite

About The Position

Wheely is launching in Florida and is seeking a General Manager to establish and lead operations in the state. The role involves a three-month pre-launch phase focused on hiring a founding team, securing the fleet and chauffeurs, and building the operational infrastructure before the first ride. Post-launch, the General Manager will own the Profit & Loss (P&L) and brand presence in Florida, overseeing service standards, growth, client relations, and the local team. This position reports directly to the CEO and will collaborate with the team responsible for the New York launch. The expansion into Florida, with Miami as the regional headquarters, is driven by a significant increase in the local UHNW population, year-round demand, and a hospitality culture aligned with Wheely's standards. The ideal candidate is an experienced operator who has successfully launched or scaled markets previously and can maintain Wheely's high standards while operating at a fast pace.
