Wheely is going live in Florida, and we're hiring the General Manager who will get us there. You'll join with roughly three months to launch: hiring the founding team, securing the fleet and chauffeurs, building the operation before the first ride. From there, you own the P&L and the brand in Florida: service standards, growth, clients, team. You'll report directly to our CEO and work alongside the team behind our New York launch. We're accelerating our US rollout on the back of New York, where growth has run ahead of plan, and Florida is next. With Miami as our regional HQ and operations across South Florida, the market case is straightforward: the local UHNW population has doubled over the past five years, demand runs year-round rather than seasonally, and the hospitality culture is closer to Wheely's standards than almost anywhere else in the country. We're looking for an operator who has launched or scaled a market before and who can move fast without losing the polish that defines Wheely. Seven-plus years of operating experience; backgrounds in investment banking or consulting are a plus, but not a substitute for hands-on operating chops. South Florida residency is required.
