About The Position

Requirements

• At least 3 years of restaurant management experience; General Manager experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams and deliver results.
• Strong understanding of profit and loss, labor, and cost management.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Professionalism, good work habits, and a positive attitude.
