About The Position

The General Manager role involves operating equipment, preparing products, and supporting store operations. Duties include stocking ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers; receiving and processing telephone orders; taking inventory; completing associated paperwork; and cleaning equipment and the facility approximately daily. Requirements

• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying product.
