About The Position

Kinema Fitness is a full-service fitness center management company specializing in premier Class A office buildings. The company focuses on creating positive experiences, holistic wellness programs, state-of-the-art technology, and performance results. Kinema is seeking a part-time General Manager with a background in fitness and customer service to oversee a corporate fitness center in Tampa, Florida. The role requires multitasking, taking on a range of responsibilities, and representing Kinema at a high level. The position involves 20 hours on site each week and pays $40 per hour.

Requirements

• Personal training certification (required).
• Fitness management experience.
• CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare payroll reporting.
• Manage revenue and budgeting.
• Hire and train new employees.
• Manage vendors.
• Develop programs and conduct outreach.
• Provide personal training.
• Oversee marketing initiatives.
• Serve as the liaison between Kinema and its client.
• Oversee day-to-day club operations and member engagement.
