About The Position

The General Manager operates equipment and prepares products, stocks ingredients, receives and processes telephone orders, takes inventory, and completes associated paperwork. The role also involves cleaning equipment and the facility approximately daily. The position may require delivering products by car to customers’ doors and distributing flyers and door hangers.

Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain and carry product at delivery sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.

• Navigate to addresses within the designated delivery area and access delivery sites, including multi-story buildings and private homes.
