The General Manager will lead branch operations for an organization specializing in security, building technology, and audiovisual solutions. Requirements
- At least 7 years of leadership experience within physical security, access control, video surveillance, fire/life safety, building technologies, or AV integration.
- Proven success managing branch or regional operations with P&L responsibility.
- Strong financial, operational, and team leadership skills.
- Experience in project-based and service-driven environments.
- Track record of career progression, stability, and long-term success.
