About The Position

The General Manager oversees all operations for the San Francisco branch of a company specializing in commercial and residential disaster restoration construction. The role leads a team of professionals delivering fire and water mitigation, contents cleaning and pack-out, reconstruction, and other restoration services. The General Manager is responsible for operational quality and customer satisfaction, project execution, regional P&L and cost control, year-over-year business growth, team development, and customer relationships.

Requirements

Proven experience as a General Manager, Regional Manager, or in a senior leadership role focused on operations, P&L, sales, and team management.
Experience leading a diverse team and growing revenue annually in a consumer-focused sales or operations environment.
Experience providing sales leadership.
Strong financial acumen, including experience managing P&L and cost control.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the restoration industry; candidates from a service-related industry are preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day operations across the region, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Oversee project execution from start to finish, including fire and water mitigation, construction rebuilds, and other restoration services.
Manage the region’s P&L, profitability, cash flow, and fixed and variable cost controls.
Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and revenue year over year.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of restoration professionals.
Manage and execute multiple operational plans simultaneously to drive results.
Maintain strong customer relationships to support service excellence and customer retention.
