About The Position

As a General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will create memorable guest experiences and oversee the restaurant’s operations and results. You will manage local restaurant marketing and Profit and Loss performance, lead the restaurant management team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives, and oversee community connection and fundraising activities.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of management experience.
• Previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train and develop a team.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
