About The Position

The General Manager operates equipment, stocks ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler, and prepares products. The role receives and processes telephone orders, takes inventory, completes associated paperwork, and cleans equipment and the facility daily. The General Manager also delivers products by car to customers’ doors and distributes flyers and door hangers. Work conditions vary.

Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying products.
