About The Position

Happy People Pizza, a franchise of Domino’s Pizza Inc, is seeking an ambitious Assistant Manager/General Manager to join its team. The company offers a paid training program, and prior pizza experience is not required. This role provides opportunities to develop management and customer-service experience and to grow within a company with 56 stores across the US. The General Manager will also support community initiatives, including raising funds for local charitable donations, feeding people in need, and supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Candidates must be over 18, have at least one year of management experience, and have open availability. To operate a motor vehicle for business purposes, candidates must meet the stated driving-history and driving-record standards. Applicants must have an officially stated license; a learner’s permit may count toward driving history only when documented by an appropriate government authority.

Requirements

Must be over the age of 18.
Must have at least one year of management experience.
Must have open availability.
Must have an officially stated driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle for business purposes.
For business driving, an 18-year-old must have proof of at least two years of driving history immediately preceding the MVR evaluation; a 19-year-old must have proof of at least one year.
For business driving, no more than two driving-related violations in the preceding two years and no more than three in the preceding three years.
For business driving, no more than one at-fault accident in the preceding three years.
Applicants with certain violations—including leaving the scene of an accident, hit and run, reckless driving, drug- or alcohol-related driving violations, vehicular homicide or assault, unlawful racing or exhibition driving, or eluding or attempting to elude an officer—cannot drive for Domino’s.
