About The Position

Happy People Pizza, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring an Assistant Manager with ambition to grow into a General Manager role. The company welcomes candidates with positive attitudes and a willingness to learn; prior pizza experience is not required because paid training is provided. The position offers an opportunity to build management and customer-service experience, advance within a company with 56 stores, and contribute to local community efforts, including charitable fundraising and supporting people in need and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Candidates must be over 18 and have at least one year of management experience. They must be available either Saturday and Sunday or every other weekend. Driving-history and driving-record requirements apply to employees who operate a motor vehicle for business purposes, including deliveries.

Requirements

Must be over 18 years of age.
Must have at least one year of management experience.
Must be available either Saturday and Sunday or every other weekend.
For business driving, an 18-year-old must have proof of at least two years of driving history immediately preceding the MVR evaluation; a 19-year-old must have proof of at least one year.
For business driving, must have no more than two driving-related violations in the preceding two years, no more than three in the preceding three years, and no more than one at-fault accident in the preceding three years.
For business driving, must not have disqualifying violations including leaving the scene of an accident, hit and run, reckless driving, drug- or alcohol-related driving violations, vehicular homicide or assault, unlawful racing or exhibition driving, or eluding or attempting to elude an officer.
Must have an officially stated driver's license; learner’s permit time may only be used to confirm driving history.

Responsibilities

Support store management as an Assistant Manager, with potential to advance to General Manager.
Help provide customer service and contribute to store operations.
Participate in community efforts, including raising funds for local charitable donations and supporting people in need and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Meet the stated driving-history and driving-record requirements if operating a motor vehicle for business purposes, including making deliveries.
