About The Position

SRM Concrete is seeking a high-impact General Manager to oversee regional operations in Savannah, Georgia. The role leads multi-site teams and drives performance while upholding the company’s commitments to safety, best-in-class service, quality, and operational excellence. The General Manager oversees production, dispatch, maintenance, customer relationships, safety, training, hiring, and financial performance across the assigned region. They lead and mentor Plant Managers and operational teams, ensure efficient and timely ready-mix delivery, improve asset reliability, develop customer relationships, use data and technology to improve operations, enforce safety and quality standards, and identify growth opportunities. Requirements

Proven leadership and operational management background, preferably in a multi-site environment.
Strong knowledge of plant systems, dispatch, logistics, and maintenance best practices.
Customer-focused and data-driven, with comfort leveraging technology to improve results.

Responsibilities

Oversee production, dispatch, maintenance, customer relationships, safety, training, hiring, and financial performance within the assigned region.
Lead and mentor Plant Managers and operational teams, fostering safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Ensure efficient and timely delivery of ready-mix products.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize asset reliability and uptime.
Build and maintain customer relationships and resolve complex issues professionally and urgently.
Use data and technology to monitor key performance indicators and drive operational improvements.
Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards across all sites.
Identify growth opportunities and contribute to SRM Concrete’s overall success.
