About The Position

The General Manager role involves operating equipment; stocking ingredients; preparing products; receiving and processing telephone orders; taking inventory and completing related paperwork; and cleaning equipment and the facility approximately daily. The position also includes delivering products to customers by car and to their doors, as well as distributing flyers and door hangers. The role requires accurate basic arithmetic and monetary change handling, order-taking and communication skills, precise motor coordination, keyboard or touchscreen order entry, and the ability to follow and give written instructions. Delivery duties require map-reading and address-finding skills, and navigating varied terrain—including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites—while carrying products. Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying products.
